1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gc777 ("gc777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern all access to and use of the gc777 website located at gc777.io, its sub-pages, services, software, content and any promotional materials issued in connection with the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open a gc777 account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts;
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of gc777 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of any such person;

gc777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport or valid driving licence — at any point before processing a withdrawal, awarding a bonus or upon reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one gc777 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. gc777 employs automated and manual duplicate detection systems. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited and remaining balances reviewed in accordance with these Terms.

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gc777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gc777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits

Deposits to your gc777 account are credited after confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. gc777 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are typically credited within minutes under normal network conditions on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the gc777 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gc777 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus terms in this section shall apply.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your gc777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers on certain game types — including but not limited to specific live casino side bets, certain slot features and insurance bets — may not count towards wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.

Bonus Validity

All bonus credits and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus amounts and any winnings generated from expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically. gc777 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

Bonus Abuse

gc777 maintains active fraud and bonus-abuse detection. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; using automated betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; participating in coordinated bonus extraction with other players; and providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Games & Betting Rules

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gc777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the gc777 platform or its content without express prior written consent from gc777.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gc777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gc777 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or reputational harm.

gc777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gc777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the player's gc777 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

gc777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity or any other material violation of this Agreement. In such cases, gc777 may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where fraud or legal violation is established, may forfeit those balances entirely.

13 Amendments

gc777 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, gc777 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered email address. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at gc777.io/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the gc777 platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the gc777 platform and close your account.
